I race a 250 cc Suzuki motorcycle replica of the factory racer here in Australia. I have been passionate about these motorcycles for over 30 years and have owned more than I can remember.

From experience I know that they wear rapidly in the gearbox especially the selector dogs.

At the beginning of 2003 I started using Morey's Heavy Duty Oil Stabilizer in an attempt to combat this problem. Firstly I coated the gears when building the engine. Secondly to add a 10% ratio to the gearbox oil, the gearbox has done a complete season of 7 race meetings and on each strip down was checked and measured for wear. No wear was found to have occurred despite in excess of 400 miles of hard racing and practice. One of the race meetings was run in temperatures en excess of 42 deg C.

Some of the gear components are second-hand and from a road-based engine manufactured in 1966.

The 2003 season was a very successful thanks to Morey's Heavy Duty Oil Stabilizer, placed were first at the Hartwell Club Championship, and in the top 3 at every other race meeting.

I am well known in Australia with early Suzuki's and supply parts to many restorers around he world and recommend your product to my clients and fellow racers at every opportunity.

I have enclosed some photographs of #28 TR REPLICA SUZUKI 250 1968, along with Morey's Heavy Duty Oil Stabilizer at work in the gearbox of #28
